| Description: | IMA World Health is seeking an experienced Program Manager for an anticipated Department of Health and Human Services/CDC-funded project to provide a comprehensive continuum of HIV/AIDS care and treatment services in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). Working closely with the Chief of Party (CoP) and supervising field-based program coordination staff, the Program Manager will oversee the overall implementation of activities. |
| Duties: | S/he will develop and maintain relationships with national, USG, technical partners, as well as other HIV/AIDS stakeholders, to ensure proper program implementation, including technical and financial management, monitoring and evaluation, and reporting, assuring quality, impact and cost effectiveness for the successful implementation of the project. |
| Qualifications: | Qualifications: Master�s Level Degree in health (Doctoral and MPH preferred); MPH preferred; minimum of eight years experience working in international public health; HIV/AIDS experience�minimum of two years strongly preferred; Able to travel up to 25% of time annually; French fluency required. |
